If you want your system to run faster, ditch the trend micro and get NOD32 from http://www.eset.com (you even do a 30 day free trial.)

Hi I am using AVG 8.0 free since last two years. But recently I got this trojan. Which appears when I double click on my drive letters to open. I can explore my drives but cant open it by double-clicking.

AVG could not detect it. I have install Avast Home Edition. It could detect it during the boot process scan and I have deleted those viruses when asked by Avast.

But still the problem is same. Could not open my drives by double clicking them.

I have this annoying virus that just pops up telling me my computer has viruses and to click to scan and remove. Its called AntiVirus AntiSpyware 2011. I never installed it!! I close it and it keeps popping back up. Its even in my task bar and on my desk top. I tried to uninstall it but it tells me I need a security code which I did obtain but it still wont remove it. I am aware its a virus…can you tell me how to remove it?? HELP! \
