OK so I downloaded Super Anti-Spyware Professional Trial Version.I did a scan and it detected 55 cookies and One Trojan.I selected delete all and it restarts the computer.Then I can’t get on my 32 bit internet,only 64 bit.(64 bit is the same just without Youtube,sucks right?)

2 questions.

Did I delete something I wasn’t supposed to?
What do I do now?

Another note-Been having a lot of trouble with the internet the last 2 weeks.Help is greatly appreciated.

BTW I already use Avast + MalwareBytes.

In the absence of a known cause, I can’t seem to get past the idea that I’ve got some super sneaky malware running around in my system. In what appear to be random events, the head-drive mechanism on my hard drive will suddenly go wild for 10 to 30 seconds, occurring anywhere from twice a day to maybe three times an hour. It happens regardless of whether I’m using my computer or it’s just sitting idle. It does seem to happen slightly more often when I am on-line. I just can’t imagine any legitimate backround processes that would cause this. System monitor shows high CPU usage during and briefly, after these events. I have also noticed occasional slow operation periods. It might be my imagination, but it seems like this activity started around the same time my AV software snagged a trojan horse about a month ago. Could this be another malware issue? Damaged OS? Any other ideas? No prior issues.

Hdwr/Sftwr details: < 2yr.old P-4, 2.4 Ghz, 60 GB hd. XP Pro, SP-4 . AVG 8.XX, updated daily, Super Anti-spyware professional, update and run 1 to 2 x /wk., PCT Registry Mechanic, full time, Ccleaner run occasionally.

this fake software doesn’t let me boot up the computer in normal mode so i have to work in safe mode i tried installing several AV software like super anti spyware but they wouldn’t install in mode. any Professional advice

is it true that when you uninstall an anti-spy ware, the corporation of the anti- spy ware will send to your computer a spy ware that only their anti-spy ware can remove it, so you are forced to reinstall their anti spyware and they can gain more from you?

Because a friend of mine told me that if possible do not use an anti-spy ware because what i mentioned above will happen. so, im doubting if i shoul install the super anti-spyware professional that my other friend gave me. because our computer is infected by a spyware(radz services). what do you think?
