Help! no matter which filesharing program i have after a few minutes it begins to freeze and slow down?

I have had ares, morpheus and now limewire pro all of them after a short time freeze when i try to open or send to a file. also on the interface the dowload percentage freezes. this is a new pc and i ahve never had problems before with these programs. i have run spybot, ad aware and have ez trust antivirus. can anyone suggest anything?

    yes, delete all the filesharing programs, and reformat your hardrive cause it has viruses even if you run the scans and it says your ok.
